I’ve spent over 16 years in the IT industry, working in computer repair shops, in‑house IT departments, manufacturing, logistics and managed service providers. I’ve fixed thousands of devices and supported hundreds of businesses of all sizes. Along the way, I realised something important: Tech support doesn’t have to be complicated or corporate — it just has to be done right. I’m also trained as a Cyber Security Analyst (IBM certified), which allows me to bring advanced protection and best practices to everyday households and small businesses without the fearmongering you see elsewhere.
